MTAP is a membership based program. With the membership you will receive MTAP Software and become a member of the Vert Mooney Foundation.

You must be a health care practitioner or educator to join.

Membership Rates:

• Quarterly: $450.00 for up to 225 tests, then $2.00 per test each test above 225.
  
  
• Annually: $1,600.00 - paid in advance.
  

Proceeds from the monthly fee will be used to help support MTAP research efforts and other musculoskeletal research efforts at the Spine & Sport Foundation.
